[FEATURE]:Add About section and improve navigation & accessibility

Feature and its Use Cases

This feature introduces a dedicated About section on the main page to help users understand what StablePay is, its purpose, and how it works.

Currently, there is no clear explanation of the product within the UI, which makes it difficult for new users and contributors to quickly understand the platform.

The About section provides:

• A brief overview of StablePay
• Its core use cases and benefits
• A high-level explanation of how it works

In addition to this, navigation and accessibility improvements have been included:

• Added an “About” link in the navbar (desktop and mobile)
• Implemented smooth scrolling to sections
• Fixed duplicate or incorrect navigation links
• Improved mobile menu accessibility using ARIA attributes

Benefits:

• Helps new users quickly understand the project
• Improves onboarding experience for contributors
• Enhances overall usability and navigation
• Makes the UI more accessible and user-friendly

This feature is especially useful for first-time visitors who need context about the product without leaving the page.

Additional Context

The design follows the existing UI and theme of the project to maintain consistency.

The About section is fully responsive and works across different screen sizes.

Basic accessibility improvements have also been applied to the navigation and mobile menu.

This change aligns with improving user experience, accessibility, and overall product clarity.
