[FEATURE]: Refine Desktop Navbar Alignment and Add Cursor-Reactive Glass Border

Feature and its Use Cases

The desktop navbar in [Header.tsx](c:\Users\ANKIT\Desktop\New folder\StablePay-LandingPage\src\sections\Header.tsx) needs a polish pass so it feels visually centered and more premium.

The main navigation items, Features, Developers Guide, and Integration Docs, previously felt slightly off-center vertically and their hover treatment did not match the rest of the landing page quality. The navbar container also lacked a more modern interactive surface effect.

This update should improve the desktop navbar by:

vertically aligning the nav links more cleanly with the logo and CTA button
keeping the nav links text-only on hover, without pill/box backgrounds
using a slow, smooth underline animation
using a solid theme-orange highlight instead of gradients
adding a cursor-following glass-style border highlight on the navbar container itself
keeping the effect elegant and responsive without disturbing layout
