For the list expiring part, it is an obvious duplicate of #2861. For list expired, it is intended behaviour. An ingredient expiring today is not considered as expired.

command: list expiring

In UG it says those expiring within one week is considered as expiring ingredient. However I added an ingredient that expires today, but when I did list expiring it didn't give me anything. Today's date is 2021-11-12.
