This is intended behaviour. The program ignores the first r/ and still allows the command to be accepted, as there is no issue with what the user typed in. As per what the user intended, the recipe was added correctly with the recipe name being Chicken Dinz, and having Chicken with quantity 1 and Salt with quantity 20 as the ingredients.

Reason for disagreement:

With reference to the screen shot for the UG, accepting repeated r/ prefixes before the target variable does not seem to be the intended result.

If the intended recipe was r/chicken dinner, the console input would be r/r/chicken dinner. The expected result would be an error thrown as the recipe cannot contain any special characters / in this case.

Furthermore, if accepting commands after repeated r/ prefixes are a feature of the application, it could have been stated in the UG in the command format to decrease confusion.
