Add features to handle filling in induction forms #22

Once the booking system is deployed, the next priority should be the induction process because we could do with a better tracking system for it.

That'll also require us to add some form of user details, which we'll later need for things like doorbot integration.

We can extend/rework this issue and/or spin out new issues when we get to starting work on it.
