Description
What problem will this feature address?
Users migrating from Portainer or other PaaS often find Dokploy's "all-or-nothing" service management restrictive. Currently, you can't stop a container without deleting the service or redeploying. This granular control reduces downtime during manual fixes and eases the transition for professional users.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add manual controls to Start, Stop, and Restart containers without redeploying the entire service. I suggest an "Advanced Controls" toggle in settings; this keeps the UI simple by default while giving power users the granular management they need for scaling and troubleshooting.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have used the CLI via SSH to manually run docker stop/restart, but this isn't reflected in the Dokploy UI and breaks the centralized management experience. Another option is Portainer, but it adds unnecessary overhead when Dokploy could handle these basic lifecycle tasks.
