Monitoring fails after "Clean all" is triggered in UI

To Reproduce

1. Clean all
2. Monitoring stops showing any data

Current vs. Expected behavior

Current behavior:
After cleaning up all from a space button on UI, monitoring no longer works neither for Apps, neither for Server
Expected behavior:
Cleaning up shouldn't break server functionality, no way to recover, tried update --force dokploy from ssh, with no result, also tried rebooting a server with no result

OS: Ubuntu 24
Provider: Digital ocean
Couple nextjs apps deployed, template Redis and Postgres

My guess is due to wrong migration after cleanup
