Add managed options

I'm using tinyMDM for manage my mobiles
I added dolidroid and i can deploy dolidroid on all my mobiles
I would like have the possibility to prefill the dolibarr url from tiny mdm. So when user launch dolidroid it has just to login it

It has just been implemented into github sources. However, i have no way to test it. Can you do it with from sources ? Or do you need me to send you an apk (it is published on sources but not yet on google).

I think from f-droid.org, you can download the apk (the changé is inside version 3.0.67.

indeed, i got the apk on f-droid.
I just test settings in the mdm. all is good ! Thanks'you so much !
