Good question.

Is the "Extra" field of items synced in group libraries? This is where items' read statuses are stored, so in that case they'll be synced between group libraries.

I'm not sure what the desired behaviour would be actually, but probably the opposite - you might not want other people you're sharing a group library with to see which items you've read? Maybe it'd be possible to filter out the read status information before syncing, but I'd have to check.

Can you provide any more detail on your normal workflow with group libraries, and how you'd expect things to work? Thanks!
