Read Status minimum column width should be smaller if "Show Only Icon" option is chosen

As it stands, the "Read Status" column width is fairly wide, probably to accommodate the Status Name. But if the user chooses "Show Only Icon" as the "Read Status Column Format," it should be possible to reduce the column width further.

You should be able to reduce the width if using only the icon view?

If it doesn't work / behaves weirdly, you might be running into #27 and just have to restart Zotero after changing the column format. Does that work?
