Issue Summary:

If you shoot an energy gun till its empty, then recharge it, then immediately try to light a cigar or cigarette with it, it wont work.

it WILL work once it fires the first shot though.

Reproduction Steps:

1. fire a laser gun till its empty
2. recharge the gun to full
3. attempt to light a cigar without firing the gun
4. your cigar does not light!
