定时任务在选择分钟级别选择60报错 #102

定时任务选择在60分钟的时候会报错，数据库里面的爬虫任务会变成两个或者三个，爬虫不能正常调度。这个问题感觉可以去掉60那个选项。自己查询cron任务，好像都没有60
