How to use spoofing in 3.0.0?

The release notes say:

• Add ability to cloak VM from macOS using fork of RestrictEvents KEXT and new guest command cloak
• Added spoof commands back to system after implementation of cloaking

However, I cannot find anything in the README or on the wiki about how this is leveraged in a 3.0.0 deployment.
