Request: Discord bot

Something I've been considering but won't take any action unless there's a decent demand because hosting is not free, I've only had a dozen or so people ask for a bot. It should be fairly simple to implement and the code is very lightweight, I might use a free host unless it needs anything else.

There's a few different ways this can be handled but I think the best would be to delete the original message, send a new one with the cleaned links but also @mention the user who originally sent it.
I don't use Discord servers much these days so if someone has any input I'd love to hear it.
