Creepers explode when attacked by deployer with iron sword

Describe the Bug

On dedicated server when attacked by deployer with iron sword or iron axe creepers explode. Create setting ignoreDeployerAttacks is set to CREEPERS by default. Not tested without item.

On single player in creative mod the behavior was inconsistent, they exploded at first, then stopped and I cannot reproduce. On dedicated server they explode consistently.

Please, ping me if you need additional information for reproducing this, very annoying, makes experience farm useless.

Reproduction Steps

1. Spawn multiple creepers in a confined area
2. Set up deployer with iron sword to attack them
3. Power deployer with highest RPM
4. Creepers aggro on deployer and explode

Expected Result

Creepers do not explode
