Convert Liquid Exp Back Into A Solid

Some mods (like Create: Deco, Create: Misc. And Things, and Create: Dreams and Desires) have uses for solid exp (either in block form or as a nugget) so it would be nice if we could convert them back into a solid form when using those mods. Maybe you pump a certain amount of liquid exp into a basin and then compact it back into a solid or something?

It's not really an urgent feature, but for Create: Deco especially you need quite a bit of solid exp for the blocks added by that mod.
