Option to make the consolation final the second last in match order?

Would you consider adding an option to put the consolation final in the second last order in the match array so that the champion match would be the last with the largest round_id value? It'd be easier for me to render a tab based view (like this: https://jsfiddle.net/rn6b45dy/1/) to present an elimination stage that has the third place match first before proceeding to the champion match.

No, I'm sorry. This would break the logic of how everything is stored.

For a single elimination stage with a consolation final, you have 2 groups: 1 main group with the final ("champion match" as you call it) and 1 secondary group containing only one round with one match: the consolation final.

The order of the matches comes from this, and I don't want to reorder anything.

The only way you could do it is to find the consolation final yourself (you can get inspiration from this), and place it accordingly.

Thanks for the explanation. Just found that the "champion match" would be locked (status: 5) and disallow result update if the consolation final is updated first, so the consolation final must be the last.
