Accessibility: Fix keyboard focus for every app so it works correctly.

I don't know why tabstops just don't work in my testing sometimes but they do for tiles. With a text editor, if I have buttons outside the editing area it'll have to have something to unfocus the text area to go to the other items.

Edit: I also can't seem to use the keyboard on the appbar drawer and I don't think it works on the appbar itself, either. The PineTab 2's keyboard also lacks the context menu key as far as I can tell, so I can't even open it with the keyboard.
