"Steal" Mobs Request

Allow in certain worlds the ability to "steal" the mob from another player. Like say I'm carrying a mob, and a player tries to pick it up also, now the other player is carrying the mob. With multi-world support too, either through the plugin itself or with permissions that i can use PEX to enable on a per world basis.
