Move aggregation code for

isTRUE(prj_todos[["aon"]][["dailyNRCS_SoilMoistureTemperatureRegimes"]]) ||
          isTRUE(prj_todos[["aon"]][["dailyNRCS_SoilMoistureTemperatureRegimes_Intermediates"]])

from the file Simulation_Run.R to a dedicated and independent function in the file SoilMTRegimes.R for easier citation, re-use, and external uptake
