Short description of the feature

We should have a separate page for email-lists, that is not like the alias interface. We need to be able to specify who will receive emails from these lists, for example a certain class (i.e D20) or just a list of emails. This, unlike the position-emails, does not need to be limited to user.dsek.se-addresses, so we should be able to insert any email there.

It is also needed to specify who can send TO the list. For example - a random spammer should not be able to send emails to the [email protected], as that list should perhaps only accept emails from SRD or styrelsen. These lists do not need senders, as the other mail system has, as nobody should be able to send as D20.

Why do you want this feature?

We need lists to send emails with summons to guild-meetings to all of our members, and we need to protect certain lists from emails from spammers.

Who else could want this feature?

D-styr, D-chip-styr and basically anyone with an important list that needs to be spam-protected, or anyone who sends out meeting summons.
