Transponder can't hold all the providers in a single RPM package. It would make it too big so we need to distribute the providers SDKs in some way.

Options:

OSM Scout Server approach: every provider SDK as a single standalone RPM/app
Integrated downloader: download the provider SDKs in Transponder itself and save it in the .config dir.
???
