Python bridges between all provider SDKs

Transponder uses the same UI for all it's providers but each provider SDK has different methods to retrieve the same data. We need a bridge between them.

• Run every provider SDK as separate process https://docs.python.org/3/library/multiprocessing.html
• Build a Python script that acts like a bridge between the SDK and Transponder (1 bridge/SDK)
