/contacts endpoint

Provide a list of rooms through the /contacts endpoint + add/remove/manipulate them.

• HTTP GET: list of rooms
• HTTP POST: create or join room
• HTTP DELETE: leave room

For some methods a contact ID is required, this will be available in the URL as encoded text:
/contacts/{contact_id}
