Leaf pile features are generated in autumn biomes (like seasonal forest):
2024-12-09_18 34 03
However, if dynamic trees generation is enabled, this feature can't be generated (as it checks for corresponding leaves block to be near, and DTBOP's leaves blocks are different):
2024-12-09_18 32 45

Biomes O' Plenty version 19.0.0.91, DTBOP 3.3.1.
