Chemical Plants should have inputs that match those in vanilla, so that designs for refinery facilities can be consistent across playthroughs. This is not the case, look below and you'll see that a chemical plant that should create sulfur wants to take water in the bottom-most input instead of the top-most as it should.

I'd hoped the chemical plants had become smart, taking inputs from whichever one was available, but no such luck.
