您好,
我們在使用全方位金流的信用卡一次付清功能時,有時會遇到銀聯卡刷卡失敗,得到的回應訊息為:
回應碼:39
回應訊息:交易不在受理時間範圍內
我在綠界網站都找不到這個回應訊息以及回應碼,想請問有哪邊可以查到更多訊息,並且可以知道受理時間範圍是什麼嗎?銀聯卡有限制交易時間範圍嗎?我並沒有在綠界科技的全方位金流網站有看到這個限制

您好, 此訊息是指消費者沒有在時間內完成銀聯交易, 所以交易失敗, 非指銀聯有交易時間範圍喔
