Whilst we state that EDDN does not keep any archive itself there are services that provide such:

edgalaxydata.space/ from Bravada Cadelanne
spansh.co.uk/dumps fom Spansh

So, in order to help along anyone who's looking for accumulated data rather than the live stream, add some mention of such.

This probably wants to be its own section (or augment https://github.com/EDCD/EDDN#utilising-data ) and then referenced succinctly in the https://github.com/EDCD/EDDN#about-eddn section.
