For the Mandalay, Coriolis shows

  • 63t for Military, Mirrored, and Reactive armor
  • 32t for Reinforced

But in-game, the values are:

  • 38.00t for Military, Mirrored, and Reactive
  • 19.00t for reinforced

(I know this is for the Mandalay because I cross-referenced Outfitting.json)
