The README specifies to build the docker image, but it won't be possible if the repository is not cloned first. It should tell how to pull the docker image. Something relevant is how the docker image gets labelled and how the README tells it to take it down. Using the latest tag should not be a solution. We should recommend the users to find the version of the code.
