Add support for getting endpoints for more services

Currently, only dataselect and station can be queried with https://www.orfeus-eu.org/eidaws/routing/1/query?service=dataselect&format=json

Could there be more services available ? I'm looking at availabily here :)

Without the network parameter, the ws replies 404. Is it normal ?
