  • Should explain to someone who has never used it before how they can run it
    - Including how to do this for both the production and development versions of the Elvis database
    • What kind of operating system, software, libraries, directory structure, dependencies, system variables, etc. do you need?
    • What the scripts are and what they do
    • Where to do the scripts need to be run
      • What relevant command line arguments and variables are
    • How to update jSymbolic jar
    • Using this documentation, the reader should know completely and precisely how to set up their environment and run all code necessary to:
      1. get all MIDI, MEI and MusicXML files from the Elvis database
      2. extract all features from these files using jSymbolic
      3. upload all the extracted features to the Elvis database so that all records are appropriately annotated (and existing features are overwritten, if any)
      4. know how to swap in updated jSymbolic2 jars

The task of uploading files has not been done. Once it is done, the corresponding part of the documentation will be provided. Other than that, all the other parts are documented (see readme.md).
