Description

Support STAC API in Resource Catalogue.
Keep Resource Catalogue up to date with the latest changes in the STAC specification.

Acceptance criteria

  • Resource Catalogue supports STAC 1.1.0
  • Resource Catalogue keeps being listed as an implementation in https://stacspec.org/en/about/tools-resources/
  • A test is available showing that Resource Catalogue works with an STAC API client (pystac-client and STAC Browser)
