Skip quicklook group in conversion

In order to optimize conversion time and to reduce storage footprint, let's remove TCI and the hosting quiclook group -> `/quality/l1c_quicklook` or `/quality/l2a_quicklook` group. The same data is available in the measurements group and can be easily realigned to rgb in the context of EOPF Explorer
