In kpi review page we need to add a button to download filled kpi [Along with fields for qc comment and hod comment] (Note in hod dashboard qc comment should not be added to the excel). Then we need to add a option to upload filled kpi sheet. We can either replace the whole data or amend columns changed only.
This feature is intended and should be added only to the review page of hod and qc because they also want the flexibility to download add verification comments and upload it back.
