I found that when I pressed and depressed any of the program/number keys, it would output the high range (correct value) on pressing and the low range (00) on depressing. Thus it would output "1" after every command...
I changed macro 128 to empty and used the next empty macro for "1" and changed the appropriate output for the 1 key.
