[Bug] Cannot be teleported across worlds

When I set my home in the Overworld, or I am in the Nether or the End, I get stuck on the loading screen and can only restart the game after typing /home, and the same is true when I set my home in other dimensions

It does not appear under normal circumstances. Please provide sufficient materials such as running environment, mod list and logs or crash report so I can analyze it.
