Teleport/Escape seems to not remove the pictures currently displayed on-screen on the RPG_RT

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

On the original RPG_RT, it seems that using the Teleport or Escape skill does not remove the pictures displayed on screen (a bit like the Set Vehicle Location: Player exploit). For the more details about the behaviour of said issue, you can consult the issue #1486 dedicated to RPG_RT bugs.
