Integration - WP Fusion

Add an integration with WP Fusion, triggers:

• Contact created wpf_api_did_add_contact
• Contact updated wpf_api_did_update_contact
• Tags applied wpf_tags_applied
• Tags removed wpf_tags_removed
• Enrollments updated by linked tag (wpf_handle_log where the message contains "by linked tag")
• New log message wpf_handle_log
• New log error wpf_handle_log_error
