iNaturalist users can disable permissions for users to update observation fields, which means we can't update these observations in iNaturalist.

Examples include:
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/3370016
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/194554252

These can be updated in CAMS. Should we also consider automating a comment to iNaturalist?
