Fix badge link to point to the latest report

Description

The badge link currently does not point to the latest generated HealthCheck report. This issue could be related to caching or an outdated URL, but it should be fixed to ensure users always access the most recent results.

I think this might have something to do with you running the scan manually.

Would expect the badge to go to the latest, or a selected report (maybe chosen by the user).
