TransitimeQuickStart May not work with certain gtfs files where containsid is null #7

Where containsid in fare-rules.txt of the gtfs file is null, will cause an error in gtfs file processor.

Temporary solution is to remove fare-rules.txt from the gtfs file and run again.

Issue has been fixed on the main transiTime core.
Transitime#32

Just needs to be included in the transitimeQuickStart.
