CollectorDrainer

A simple type that "collects" results from multiple threads during an ongoing operation and then allows you to 'drain' them at the end (i.e. copy to another collection, or iterate over them).

Needs benchmarking, but I think it might be faster than any Concurrent* collection for some scenarios such as a collecting Parallel.ForEach() routine.
