Skype4Pidgin v1.2.2 no Video/voice call option

When i was using Pidgin with my Skype account i wanted to call my contact, i right clicked on my contact but there was no Voice call or Video call option Can someone please tell me, how do i enable it, it says voice and video is disable, i'm using Pidgin v 2.14.1 and skype4pidgin v1.2.2

skype4pidgin has never supported it. Among all the plenty of protocol implementations that exist for Pidgin, only the XMPP one seems to support calls (and even it is often incompatible with other XMPP clients). The reason is simple: calling is much harder to implement than texting.
