You will need to use Visual Studio Community 2017 at the very least to build an executable file, just done this myself and it is very useful indeed.

Edit: there is actually a built executable in the repository but if you're feeling particularly paranoid, you might want to build it yourself

Hello, sorry I have missed this issue opened. Yes you can build it with VS2017 on your own, but I provided compiled binary .exe in obj/Release/ folder if don't want to bother
