Retrieves all AWS regions.
Creates a structure of resources based on the provided IAM policy files.
Initializes and manages threads to query both global and regional resources.
Updates a progress bar to reflect the progress of the inventory process.
Logs the execution time and results of the inventory process.
Writes the results to a JSON file.
