Toggle switches are too "sensitive" #9

If you don't hit the switch exactly, the dropdown menu disappears, and the switch is (sometimes) flipped, and is unpredictable. Ideally, if you click anywhere on the text and/or switch, it should work, and the dropdown shouldn't disappear so quickly.

The toggles are still a bit sensitive around the checkbox element, but
I've at least adjusted the autoclose so the user has some visual clue
that the toggle was or was not successful.

This will also allow people to more easily adjust multiple filters at
any one time.
