invalid_entries error on 'create new download files'

Sorry I am new to modules, and EE for that matter, there is an error popup that comes up in the control panel that just reads "invalid_entries" when I press the create new download files button on the control panel form.

my best guess is something is happening in the add_downloads() function in the mcp file.

what is going on or what needs to be fixed/adjusted?

With a quick glance, it looks like it's due to the module not seeing the files when you add a download. It's been a while since we've updated these files, so I'll try and take a look at them this week to make sure they're up-to-date.
