Hi,

Are there any AppImage or flatpak or DEB available?

Regards

They're all waiting on the beta version coming together. Installing Embroidermodder is not going to be a priority until it's worth installing. I'll leave this issue open until I add them.

Cheers,

Robin

Well, we did have an ETA, which was unrealistic given scope of the project and my attempts to make the design reliable and easy to fix. I have very legitimate worries about putting out a product with many inherant design flaws that are hard to fix that become cruft that can't be removed because of other software depending on it (particularly in the underlying C library libembroidery).

Changes in project scope to be more realistic and the effectiveness of simpler data structures in reducing code size, memory footprint and code complexity mean I now believe that the beta will happen. I'll get there.

We just need more money, more time and more developers for me to say how long that is away for sure.

Sorry it can't be a more hopeful message, but that's how it is.

Robin,

Thanks for the detailed explanation.
Yes, software development is not predictable.

Regards and good luck with the project.
