[BUG] No Third Character Slot #90

Describe the bug
Kyres, at one point, added a third character slot for an additional character! Unfortunately, I do not have one and I don't know of anyone else affected. Just making a bug report so it doesn't get forgotten and so I'm not constantly pestering Kyres...
